Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards: This Starship building facility is built partly on the surface and partly in geo-synchronous orbit of the Utopia Planitia Crater on Mars. This is where most Starfleet ships are designed and built. It takes five years for them to complete one Galaxy Class vessel and as such there are always four or more under construction at any given time, as well as Excelsior, Ambassador, Oberth, and Nebula.
